Milestone update at The Village

Construction continues at The Village in Middleton Field with exciting progress across the Central homes.

Designed by leading sustainable architect Breathe, The Village comprises 31 townhouses arranged across four distinct blocks - North, Central, South and East.

Several of the Central homes have now reached completion with the first residents moving in soon - an important milestone for the project in Daylesford.

Works and landscaping update

For purchasers in the remaining Central homes, the project has now entered its final construction phase. With services installed and interior finishes underway, works are moving from structural to detailed completion stages.

Recently completed works include stone installation and electrical works. Current activities on site include plumbing works and balcony construction with timber flooring installation to commence this week.

Landscaping has commenced across the Central block and will be delivered progressively, with the garden areas for each home to be completed prior to handover.

As planting is introduced, the built form will soften and the shared spaces will begin to reflect the intended landscape character of The Village, designed by leading landscape architect Acre.

Life at The Village set to begin

With residents about to move into the completed Central homes, the character of The Village will start to emerge - marking the exciting transition from construction site to new neighbourhood.

As more homes reach completion over the coming months, this sense of community will continue to build.

A limited number of Central Townhouses remain. This is a unique opportunity to secure a new architect-designed sustainable and considered home in Daylesford – ready for move in soon.
