Our Team
As innovative problem solvers, the Hygge Property team work comfortably across land, townhouse or apartment projects and prefer sites with interesting heritage opportunities or conditions involving a creative response.
We are always on the lookout for new opportunities, however big or small. If you have a potential site or collaboration you would like to discuss, please get in touch.
Awards
Our projects have received recognition for their design, sustainability and contribution to place.
These achievements reflect the collaborative efforts of our project partners and consultants.
While awards are valued, the greatest measure of success is creating places that are ultimately embraced by the communities they become part of.
2023 Awards
Nightingale Ballarat
“The commitment of the development team to achieving something well beyond ‘business as usual’ is apparent: to then go on to change the narrative for apartment living in the regions is to be applauded.
In stunningly attractive architecture, Nightingale Ballarat proves carbon-neutral can be achieved in an aesthetically pleasing way. Other initiatives surrounding waste management, energy use, community integration and engagement, have all contributed to a NaTHERS rating well in excess of anything comparable in either a metro or regional context”.
