The event brought together developers, planners, policymakers and decision-makers to explore the opportunities and challenges shaping Victoria’s second-largest city.
As a Keynote speaker Adam presented on Infill Housing Viability in Regional Victoria drawing on UDIA Victoria’s Making it Stack report.
Using detailed feasibility modelling and case studies, he examined why many strategically aligned infill projects are not proceeding and outlined the planning, policy and investment levers needed to close the gap between ambition and viability.
