New residential chapter at The Bottleworks

With townhome residents settled in and the final apartments finishing in May - The Bottleworks is nearing completion.

As the project reaches its final stages, the retained industrial character and contemporary architecture have come together to form a distinct new residential address in this tightly held pocket in South Geelong.

Over the past year, residents have been progressively moving into the 33 townhomes designed by Chamberlain Architects.

Recent photos provide a sneak peak inside a completed three-bedroom townhome. Styled by Olive Interior Styling the images highlight the neutral material palette and refined interior detailing.

Landscaping within the central garden continues to progress, with planting now establishing across the shared courtyard. As the greenery matures, the space will evolve into an inviting communal setting for residents.

Resident-led plans for the future management of the vegetable and herb gardens within the shared courtyard are also underway, reflecting the growing sense of community at The Bottleworks.
