Final phase for The Bottleworks apartments

With the townhomes handed over, The Bottleworks has now entered its final construction phase - the delivery of the 7 boutique apartments within the restored former Geelong Glass Works factory building.

Construction of the apartments is being delivered by Fox Building Group a local builder known for unique, high–quality residential projects. Works commenced following the careful restoration of the historic factory structure.  

The warehouse–style apartments retain significant heritage features, with the original timber beams set to become a unique feature of the apartment living spaces (see progressive images of construction underway within the warehouse shell, common areas and exterior detailing).

Finalisation of the apartments is anticipated in May. A limited number of apartments will be released to the market ahead of completion – watch this space!
