Lyons Place Display Apartment

This week marks an exciting milestone for Lyons Place - with the opening of a finished and furnished Display Apartment within the Ballarat Central project.

Under construction by build partner Figurehead Construction Lyons Place is now in its final stages, with completion of the project on track for August this year.

The Display Apartment gives people an opportunity to experience the quality and detail of a Lyons Place apartment firsthand before move-in.

Designed by Chamberlain Architecture & Interiors the warmth and inviting feel of the interiors is apparent as soon as you enter the Display Apartment, with neutral tones and natural textures creating a calm and contemporary space.

Working with local people, the Display Apartment has been styled by Oliver Interior Styling and includes a beautiful timber dining table and furniture by local maker Arranmore and stunning artwork by Ballarat artist Margie Delahunty-Smith.
