Uniquely Geelong

The Bottleworks is a boutique collection of 33 townhomes and 7 apartments ideally placed between the Waterfront and the Barwon River in Geelong, and within close proximity to the South Geelong Railway Station and the CBD.

The central Geelong site (known informally as ‘The Big Shed’) is identifiable by its iconic industrial sheds including a former glassworks factory – a two storey structure designed and built in the 1920s. Read more about the history of the site HERE.

The design of the townhomes honour the asymmetrical geometry of the sheds that over time grew to cover the site. The picturesque outline of these new homes, combined with the heritage fabric of the former glassworks and landscaped garden, will enable The Bottleworks to settle gracefully into its established residential surrounds.

Construction of The Bottleworks is complete with a limited number of apartments available.

Visit the project website to see more.

Blending industrial heritage with contemporary design, The Bottleworks celebrates the past whilst seeking to contribute to the established residential character of its surrounds.
