Coming Soon

Our second Geelong project is at the doorstep to the CBD, The Waterfront and The Arts Precinct – a textured locale offering a connected and vibrant lifestyle.

The project site is close to many of Geelong’s public art installations, laneway bars and restaurants surrounding the foodie destination of Little Malop Street. It is also within easy reach of the GMHBA Stadium, the Geelong Train Station, hospitals and several schools.

Built in the 1850s, the site features a unique and striking red brick home ‘Avona’ with an original wrap around verandah – once home to the Wesley Church Parsonage.

Working with industry leading architect Cera Stribley, plans are evolving for elevated apartment living with city and Bay views. Important historical elements of Avona will be retained to co-exist with an elegant new building within this dynamic Geelong landscape.

Further details on our Little Ryrie project will be released soon.
