Apartment works start at The Bottleworks

The Bottleworks in South Geelong has reached an exciting milestone with the appointment of a local builder to complete the 7 boutique apartments within the former glassworks factory.

The project team is pleased to be progressing with Fox Building Group an experienced Geelong-based construction company known for delivering bespoke, high-quality residential builds.

The glassworks factory building has already been carefully restored by restoration specialist Abode Restoration.

To retain important links to the site’s industrial past as it transitions into residential living, this work included conserving the building’s original timber beams and recreating the iconic Geelong Glass Works Ltd sign across the factory roof.

With the townhomes complete and landscaping works nearing completion, The Bottleworks project now enters its final phase - delivery of the 7 unique glassworks apartments.

A limited number of apartments remain available and will be released to the market closer to completion.
