Build complete - welcome to the First Residents

Lyons Place in Ballarat Central has reached a significant milestone, with the building compete through Figurehead and the first residents moved in.

The past month has been both a busy and rewarding time, with purchasers meeting with the project team (including Development Manager James from Hygge and Rebecca Stepnell from Jellis Craig Ballarat alongside Figurehead) to inspect their new apartments and prepare for settlement and handover.

On one particularly cold Ballarat day, a purchaser brightened the occasion by bringing morning tea of warm scones for the team.

Welcoming people into their new homes has been a fantastic moment for all involved. It represents the culmination of years of planning and construction, while also marking the beginning of a new community in the heart of Ballarat.

The team look forward to seeing Lyons Place continue to grow and come to life as more homeowners settle and move in.

The Lyons Place Display Apartment is open for private appointments at any time with Rebecca Stepnell from Jellis Craig Ballarat.

The display gives people an opportunity to experience the quality and detail of a Lyons Place apartment firsthand.

Designed by Chamberlain Architecture & Interiors the warmth and inviting feel of the interiors is apparent as soon as you enter the display, with neutral tones and natural textures creating a calm and contemporary space.

Working with local people, the display has been styled by Oliver Interior Styling with timber furniture Arranmore and artwork by Margie Delahunty-Smith (images below).
