A new Ballarat project
Some places ask you to choose between convenience and open space. Black Hill has quietly offered both for generations.
Less than three kilometres from Ballarat's CBD, Black Hill is defined by its mature streets, elevated outlooks and network of reserves. Everyday amenities are close, while walking trails and the Yarrowee River corridor provide opportunities to spend time outdoors.
It's the kind of balance that shows the good life isn't about choosing between urban amenity and green space, it's about finding a place where you can enjoy both. It has also inspired our newest project - Chisholm Green.

Launching soon, Chisholm Green is a collection of 38 architect-designed townhouses inspired by the character of Black Hill. Rather than a single continuous built form, the homes have been arranged in a series of smaller clusters, creating a collection of homes that will sit comfortably within its established surroundings.
Located alongside the Chisholm Street Reserve, the project brings together considered architecture, seasonal landscaping with contemporary interiors inspired by the distinctive Black Hill landscape.
Over the coming months, the project team will be sharing more about Chisholm Green, including the detail behind the architecture, landscape and interiors as the project prepares for launch this Spring.
