Earthworks at Lyons Place

Since commencing works on-site in September this year, the team at Figurehead Construction have been busy at Lyons Place with earthworks well underway in preparation for construction.

If you have recently walked past 6 Lyons Street North in Ballarat Central, it would have been hard to miss the hive of activity on-site including multiple diggers and excavators hard at work.

All piling works are now complete and in-ground drainage installed. Basement excavation is due for completion in December with basement slab works planned to commence before Christmas.
