From Completion to Daily Life

Residents have settled into Lyons Place, following completion by Figurehead Construction last year.

The building has quickly shifted into everyday living with greenery appearing on balconies and terraces and lights on within the building in the evenings.

Festive drinks brought neighbours together late last year, alongside Hygge Property and new building manager Tideways - marking the building’s transition from completion to occupation.

At ground level, greenery is taking hold within the internal courtyard and new café Prey is currently underway by the team behind popular Soldiers Hill café Naomi & I. The venue will introduce a familiar local name and help establish a daily rhythm within the building.

Fewer than 10 apartments now remain at Lyons Place, along with one final three-bedroom penthouse offering views toward Lake Wendouree and across the surrounding central Ballarat rooftops and trees.

Private appointments to visit the ground floor display apartment at Lyons Place can be arranged with Rebecca Stepnell at Jellis Craig Ballarat.
